The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing accounts and building long-term relationships with customers while utilizing tools such as Salesforce to track progress and performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts.
- Analyze customer needs and market for design trends to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, product performance, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a design related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in account management and business development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
