We’re growing fast and looking for a Regional IT Manager to oversee the technology systems and IT operations across our field offices. This role is a mix of hands-on problem solving, leadership, and strategic planning—with a strong focus on building scalable, reliable tech environments. Travel to supported locations will be a regular part of the role.

This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.

Who You Are

  • Experienced managing IT systems, people, and projects across multiple locations.
  • Comfortable in leading complex tech projects and infrastructure rollouts.
  • Skilled with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Azure AD, and a mix of Mac/PC environments.
  • Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable juggling shifting priorities.

What We Need

  • Oversee IT infrastructure, support, and systems across field offices.
  • Manage, mentor, and support field IT staff while driving accountability and team development.
  • Lead office build-outs, tech upgrades, and system implementations across multiple sites.
  • Drive process improvements and keep regional IT aligned with company-wide goals.
