Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead and coordinate the Central Region Nurse Lead Outreach team (NLOT). This part-time Manager role works closely with Ontario Health to advance capacity building and quality improvement initiatives that support high-quality, patient-centered care across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Health Administration, and a master’s degree in nursing or health administration is required
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario preferred.
- Minimum 5 years recent and relevant management experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities; relevant community management experience
- Current Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) Certification in either Hospice Palliative Care or Oncology or Gerontology or the applicant meets, at the time of the job application, the CNA Certification eligibility requirements to write the CNA Certification exam.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare system.
- Proven skills in team leadership, project coordination, and quality improvement.
