You will
- Welcome guests with a smile, offering refreshments and ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Handle calls like a pro, keep our reception area sharp, and manage mail and deliveries with efficiency and flair
- Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries and arrange and receive couriers
- Manage the cleanliness of the kitchens and boardrooms on all floors
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Assist business groups and teams with administrative support as needed
- Maintain a cheerful, organized office environment where everyone can thrive

Hours: This role will have a 35-hour work week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours as needed.
Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, pro-rated at 35 hours per week, depending on experience
