As first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist welcomes visitors and accepts in-coming calls in a courteous and professional manner. Tasks also include various bookkeeping duties for the Sales and Accounting departments.
Requirements:
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Strong people skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bookkeeping experience of at least 2 years
Strong Assets:
- Bilingual, French/English
- Experience with multi-line telephone system
- Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds system
