Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist & File Clerk to join our team at Delon Laboratories. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized filing systems being organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both front-desk reception and basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Maintain the daily shipping log
- Organize and file documents
- Match freight invoices for accounts payable
- Forward online inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Prepare and send small courier packages
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to ensure information integrity.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness before filing.
- Requirements
- Bilingual (English & French) – written and spoken
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous office or reception experience an asset
