This is a full-time role that combines reception duties with administrative support for our compliance processes.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
Receptionist Duties
Greet customers and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Answer and direct phone calls and deliver messages promptly.
Provide general administrative support to the dealership team.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Compliance Administration Duties
Review and process deal files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Verify compliance with OMVIC, bank, and internal dealership requirements.
Support the sales and finance team by flagging and resolving paperwork discrepancies.
Maintain secure digital and physical records.
Assist with compliance reporting and audits when required.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; dealership software experience (CDK, 180) is an asset.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
