We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, including filing and organizing documents
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks, including typing, proofreading, and creating documents
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is welcoming and organized
- Support administrative functions within the office, contributing to overall efficiency
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and filing systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
- Clerical experience with attention to detail in proofreading documents
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is a plus
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is desirable but not required
