Responsibilities:
- Greet and meet walk-in clients and introduce Breakroom Worklounge services.
- Answer phone calls and respond clients inquiries in professional manner.
- Maintain office setting in a professional manner.
- Stock and replenish snacks and drinks.
- Reconcile daily sales report.
- Assist marketing team with promotions nad brand awareness.
- Report daily opertaion including but no limited to reservation, and event bookings/inquiries to operation manager.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of general retail operation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret client requests
- Attention to detail and accuracy in daily operation
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and management
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify areas for process improvement
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Social Medias, and PC Computer Skills.
