Responsibilities:
- Prepare homework folders for students using our management software (training provided, but quick learning is essential).
- Perform accurate data entry with speed and attention to detail.
- Answer and make telephone calls.
- Maintain inventory of worksheets and answer books.
- Assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth operation.
- Some light housekeeping duties may be required.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Wednesday: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (mandatory for all three days; please do not apply if you cannot commit).
- Thursday: 3 hours between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (exact time will be mutually agreed).
Additional Information:
- We are looking for an energetic, dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
- The role requires a long-term commitment (this is not a seasonal position).
- Living in Barrhaven is considered an asset.
