BELLS CORNERS LOCATION
We are looking for a front office receptionist/administrator to work with our amazing multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team. We are a clinic that has physiotherapists, registered massage therapists, chiropractor, nurses, and registered dietitian in our facility. We are also a licensed motor vehicle accident treatment facility.
We provide an easy going and relaxed environment. We are looking for a punctual individual with great social skills to assist with day to day operations and front office administration.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English. Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
- Fluent with computer use/booking software use
- Basic knowledge of the different physical therapy services provided in our facility
- Reliable transportation to attend work
- Good work ethic

Job Duties:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Booking in clients
- Checking-out clients
- Cleaning and sanitization duties
- Administrative work
- Assisting therapists with daily operations

Part-time hours:
- 16-20 hours per week
- 3-5 days a week (4-5 hours per shift)
- Most shifts will be from 3:00p.m./4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Must be available Saturdays as well from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm.
