We are a family-run auto body shop looking for a reliable, organized, and professional office assistant. This person will help manage front-desk duties and keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming calls
- Schedule estimates, drop-offs, and pick-ups
- Update customers on repair timelines
- Process payments and invoices
- Manage emails and basic office tasks
- Keep the front office tidy and professional looking
- Update repair orders and order parts
- Check in vehicles
- Provide general assistance to the manager/estimator as needed
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and polite when dealing with customers
- Good with time management and staying organized
- Comfortable using computers
- Someone who is punctual and takes initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
