Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using a variety of programs.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure that all office supplies are stocked.
- Document management and collaboration with team members.
- Support administrative functions within the office, ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and filing systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in a Real Estate setting is a plus
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Ability to proofread documents for clarity and correctness.
