As a Realtor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the real estate market. Your primary responsibility will be to assist buyers and sellers in the purchase, sale, or rental of properties. Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process of residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local real estate regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
- Prepare and present property listings, including photographs and descriptions, to potential buyers.
- Maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Assist clients with property management tasks as needed.
- Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings effectively.
- Provide administrative support throughout the transaction process, including preparing contracts and documentation.
Requirements
- Final-course student in the Real Estate Program at Humber College, currently in the process of obtaining RECO license.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
- Excellent marketing abilities to promote properties effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
