Position Title: Real Estate Program Enrolment Liaison
Status: Appendix D (1 Year Contract)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Faculty/Department: Real Estate Education Program (REEP)
Campus/Location: Carrier Drive
Salary: FT Support Payband F (Start$31.05 - Max $35.99)
About the Enrolment Liason Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Real Estate Program Enrolment Liaison is responsible for performing a wide variety of activities and processes within the Real Estate Education Program Office that are intended to enhance the learner experience. Duties include the monitoring and maintenance of the learner records including all processes related to the Admissions, Registration and Education records of the Real Estate Education Programs. The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of activities that support these duties including processing drops and transfers for cancelled course sections; processing learner requests for accommodations; validating admissions applications; etc.
The incumbent must retain a wide range of knowledge relating to the Programs, program components, policies and procedures. The incumbent may deal with sensitive and highly confidential information in direct communication with applicants, registered learners, graduates, facilitators, college administrators and other authorized third-parties.
Additional duties include the continuous evaluation and improvement of learner related and internal business processes and the updating of training and knowledge base materials for the Program’s service desk provider.
About You:
Education:
The successful candidate will have a 3-year degree or diploma, preferably in Office Administration, Business Administrations or Communications.
Experience and Skills:
The successful candidate will have 3-years of relevant experience. In addition, the successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in decision-making & determining the correct course of action with minimal oversight;
- Practical office experience working in a customer-focused environment;
- Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Intellectually curious, process-oriented with a strong attention to detail; and,
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
