Large Coqutilam car dealership is seeking a P/T Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily cash receipts and reconcile deposits
Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
Prepare and send invoices and statements to customers
Follow up on outstanding balances via phone and email
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks
Maintain customer files and ensure proper documentation
Provide general clerical support as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and customer service skills
A/R experience preferred
Dealership experience an asset
- 20-32hrs per week. Working days and times are flexible within a Monday to Friday schedule. No weekends or evenings.
