Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to support our day-to-day property management operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant inquiries via email, phone, and portal
- Prepare and send lease agreements, notices, and other documentation
- Maintain digital filing systems and update tenant records
- Track outstanding balances
- Assist with scheduling maintenance and coordinating contractors
- Post property listings and screen rental applications
- Provide administrative support to property managers and ownership

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or property management (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills – essential for interacting with tenants, contractors, and team members in a professional, respectful, and solution-oriented manner. You will often be the first point of contact, and your ability to handle issues calmly and confidently sets the tone for the entire tenant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Buildium or similar)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
