Our team takes pride in successfully completing projects in remote and logistically challenging environments, supporting community development with quality and care.


We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Project Administrator to support our project teams with day-to-day project administrative functions and coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

The Project Administrator will support Project Managers and the teams by handling administrative duties and ensuring smooth project operations:

  • Assist with organizing and maintaining project files, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate communications and scheduling between project team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Prepare, submit, and track project-related forms, reports, and documents
  • Support Project Managers in maintaining up-to-date project logs, change orders, and related files
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
  • Track and follow up on project deliverables, timelines, and task completion
  • Book travel, accommodations, and manage rotation schedules for out-of-town staff
  • Help monitor and maintain inventory of project supplies and materials
  • Support internal team communications and workflow tracking
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project and personnel information
  • Provide general administrative support to the construction team as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or project-based work
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with Indigenous or northern communities is an asset
  • Knowledge of remote work logistics and construction terminology is an asset
