We’re on the hunt for a skilled Production Artist to join our team.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy wizard who knows their way around digital interfaces and print layout applications like the back of their hand. A creative software guru, a time-management pro, and someone who thrives on delivering top-notch projects ahead of schedule—because "just in time" is for amateurs. If you're ready to grow professionally in a fast-paced, flexible environment (and don’t mind a bit of fun along the way), we’d love to meet you!

About Us

The Turn Lab is not your typical creative agency. As consultancy-led problem solvers, we tackle unique challenges with a tailored blend of research, strategy, creative, media, and technology. Think of us as a powerhouse creative lab—fueled by bold ideas, innovation, and the grit that built us from the ground up.
We’re ambitious, thick-skinned, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always on the lookout for curious, passionate, and solution-driven individuals to join our ranks.

  • Proof and review materials for accuracy and quality before release.
  • Maintain organized digital assets, templates, and archives for efficient workflows.
  • Uphold brand guidelines across all deliverables while demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of your work.

What You’ll Bring

  • College diploma or university degree in Graphic Design or equivalent field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Production Artist or in a similar role, preferably within an
    advertising or marketing agency.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) in a Mac environment. Bonus points for video and motion capabilities.
  • Familiarity with working within brand identity guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of prepress and production requirements for print and digital.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
