Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
