Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring all opportunities are maximized.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices for upselling and customer engagement.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
- 3 year Used department Sales manager Experience
