Dr. Jenny Cheng/Dr. Jenny Skincare is seeking a part-time Medical Office Assistant in Plastic Surgery and Medical Aesthetics.
Duties will include:
- Performing reception and clerical tasks
- Managing new patient referrals and inquiries
- Scheduling of patient appointments into Accuro EMR
- Answering and returning phone calls in a timely manner
- Electronic filing/scanning of patient records into Accuro EMR
- Invoicing and taking payments, where applicable
Requirements:
- MOA certification or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize tasks
Assets:
- Social media marketing skills
- Experience with Accuro EMR and Jane software
- Experience taking payment with Point-of-Sale machines
