Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality, maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed, contributing to overall kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
