Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate cook to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas, sandwiches according to our established recipes and standards.
- Prepare and cook pastas according to our established recipes and standards.
- work close with our chef and follow up restaurant recipes
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen environment.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, pizza maker and pasta is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with food handling and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
