We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment for our clients. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through effective workouts, ensuring they achieve their fitness goals while maintaining proper form and technique.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
- Develop tailored workout plans that meet the specific needs and goals of clients.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure proper technique and safety during exercises.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client participation and motivation.
- Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, including equipment setup and breakdown.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve teaching methods through professional development.
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for all participants.
- Effective time management skills to ensure classes start and end on schedule.

Pay: $27.23-$50.00 per hour
