Upon hiring, the initial training wage will be $22-$26/hour depending on experience or whether you have a pesticide applicators license already. There will be a $2/hour increase after we train you and you pass the exam to become a licensed applicator. There will be opportunities to make more money with overtime and weekend work.
Description:
We have an opening for a full-time permanent and seasonal Service and Sales Technician here on the Sunshine Coast.
Duties will include:
Driving to customers houses, making informed assessment of any pest problems, communicating with customer in a professional manner, addressing the customers concern and treating or excluding the identified pest from the customers home, following all guidelines from the government of Canada.
Requirements:
- High-School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Valid provincial pesticide applicator license preferred.
On the job training available, join an ever-growing industry.
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record (drivers abstract)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Sales experience an asset
