About the Role
Riversol is looking for a data-obsessed Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of paid media strategy, creative experimentation, and growth. You’ll lead the charge on developing and scaling high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Bing, and more. This role is ideal for someone who understands that creative is a performance lever, not just a brand asset—and knows how to analyze, test, and iterate toward results.
What You’ll Do
Paid Media & Growth Strategy
- Own campaign strategy, setup, and optimization across key platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Twitter, Bing).
- Scale lead generation and revenue through full-funnel acquisition campaigns with high-budget ad spend ($150K+/mo).
- Drive consistent growth by testing new audiences, bidding models, and placements.
Creative Development & Analysis
- Analyze ad performance at the creative level—identify winning hooks, formats, and visual patterns.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce conversion-optimized ad creatives.
- Brief and QA creatives using insights from performance data.
- Lead creative testing frameworks (messaging, formats, user-generated content, video cuts, etc.).
Optimization & Reporting
- Implement rigorous A/B testing and multivariate experiments across ad copy, creative, and audience segments.
- Monitor performance daily, make data-informed decisions, and continuously refine to improve ROAS and CPL.
- Create weekly and monthly reporting dashboards with clear takeaways and action steps.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, creative, analytics, and leadership to align on goals and messaging.
- Influence landing page strategy and user journey optimization to drive higher conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging media channels.
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or media buying.
- Proven track record managing large-scale campaigns with positive ROI and measurable outcomes.
- Deep platform expertise: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other performance tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Excel, or Tableau.
- Creative intuition backed by data—able to assess performance and ideate new ad concepts.
- Experience managing and briefing design and content teams for high-performance creative.
- Familiarity with conversion-focused design and user psychology.
Bonus Points
- Background in DTC ecommerce, skincare, or health & wellness verticals.
- Experience with CRO, landing page optimization, or funnel building.
- Knowledge of email/SMS marketing, attribution tools, or CDPs.
