Position: Digital Media Buyer & Analyst (Full-time)
Job Description:
Spark Growth is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Intermediate Paid Media Buyer. This role will involve managing campaigns across several paid media platforms to drive RoAS and KPIs.
The ideal candidate has worked in the pharmaceutical industry advertising, and is analytical and strategic with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital and social media advertising on a range of platforms, including programmatic, Facebook/Instagram, Tiktok, and Google. It is also important for the candidate to always be learning and exploring other/new paid media channels and customer acquisition opportunities (e.g., platforms, media types, etc.) to bring new thinking to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The Digital Media Buyer & Analyst is responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing performance marketing campaigns across programmatic platforms, social media channels, and emerging paid media opportunities. This role blends strategic media planning with hands-on execution, helping clients maximize return on ad spend through thoughtful testing, analytics, and budget optimization. This role turns insights into actionable recommendations for both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Optimize campaign performance in real-time using platform data, testing frameworks, and budget reallocation.
- Ensure proper conversion tracking and reporting infrastructure is in place across platforms.
Strategy & Analysis
- Develop paid media strategies tailored to client objectives and aligned with their broader marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and tools like Google Analytics.
- Create reporting dashboards and insights presentations for clients that tie results back to business impact.
- Develop A/B testing plans to improve creative performance, audience targeting, and messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams — including creative, strategy, and account management — to align paid media with integrated marketing plans.
- Support content planning, creative development, and analytics initiatives by providing paid performance insights.
- Communicate clearly and regularly with clients to present media strategies, campaign performance, and optimizations.
Core Qualifications:
- 5+ years of managing client-facing digital advertising campaigns on a range of platforms, including programmatic platforms (DSPs) and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Agency background strongly preferred
- Experience managing $100k-1M+ ad spend budgets (per year), including in the pharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years experience with Google Analytics
- Experienced in developing an A/B testing plan for paid campaigns
- Experienced in managing and optimizing campaigns directly using paid platforms (e.g., Meta Business Manager), from strategy development to conversion tracking setup to day-to-day execution to deriving insight from the data
- Experienced in using Excel and Google Slides to present Paid Media strategies and campaign reports for clients and sharing with clients in a results-focused, compelling way
- Experienced in working with a cross-functional team to develop strong client campaigns and strategies
