1. Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently, and manage the clinic schedule
2. Provide superior customer service for patient queries received via phone, email and text
3. Demonstrate consistent, high-quality customer service for all patients during their appointment process from time of booking to check-out
4. Assist in setting up decor for the clinic, special events preparation, and maintaining the appearance/environment of the reception and waiting area
5. Assist in ordering office supplies and patient-specific care items
6. Complete transactions accurately, including creating invoices for patients, and ensure end-of-day accounting and receivables are finalized
7. Demonstrate problem-solving abilities in different scenarios that are aligned with superior patient-oriented outcomes and customer service
8. Educate patients on skin care products and services offered by the clinic
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
10. Previous reception or concierge experience (1 year minimum) required
