Overview
JoodSweets is seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our dessert production team in Mississauga. We specialize in high-quality Eastern and Western sweets, and we’re looking for someone with strong baking skills and a passion for presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake cakes, milk desserts, and pastries (Middle Eastern and Western)
- Decorate cakes with creativity and precision
- Contribute new recipe ideas and seasonal products
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space
- Package products for delivery and wholesale
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pastry or baking
- Skilled in cake decoration and modern presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong time management and attention to detail
