CSN Domestic Import is looking to hire in there parts department.
This is entry level. We have staff to work along side and train for this department. The parts coordinator role will be to efficiently process and manage parts for the collision facility. Computer knowledge is necessary. Looking for someone who has good customer service skills and organizational skills.
Primary duties of the role:
You will be assisting estimators with parts sourcing for claims.
Ordering and receiving parts orders from various vendors.
Checking parts for shipping damage.
Mirror match parts to dis-assembled parts and photos in system.
Receiving parts on hand immediately in management system, scan invoices into system.
Organizing parts , and store parts safely to avoid damages or loss. Label with RO information.
Monitor the RO parts orders.
Provide detailed update on parts orders and ETAS for estimators, tech and production staff.
Assisting technicians in locating items required, parts, fluids, etc.
Keep parts room organized for ease of locating parts.
Process returns for parts as soon as possible and track credits.
Able to drive for pick up as well as shuttle parts.
The parts department is a very important area in our business. You will work closely with the shop manager, appraisers, and technicians. We are also looking for this individual to observe and help out in other areas of the shop when required. So having a personality that works well in a team environment.
This position can also be physically demanding, so being confident with your ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
