We are now looking for an exceptional Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist (EN/FR) to join our team in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid).

Your mission
The Partner Growth Specialist acts as the main contact for a portfolio of our partner stores and works closely with them to resolve issues and improve performance. You will focus on partner relationship building and retention, and use data analysis to provide excellent service across the entire partner journey; ultimately to keep partners happy, consistently supplying, and inspire them towards a more sustainable behavior, to help us grow our mission.
