Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive traffic to online platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for social media trends.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite and other software to support social media campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts using tools like Content Studio, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives, including E-commerce initiatives.
- Proofread all social media content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in advertising strategies.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering community interaction.
Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design with experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Content Studio.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Experience in advertising on various social media platforms.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and technologies in the digital landscape.
- Ability to film and edit video in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Inshot, or other video editing software.

Pay: $15.00-$26.74 per hour
