Your Typical Day Working At Ascend:
✔ Perform fitness evaluations
✔ Develop safe and effective individualized health and fitness programs for our clients, including those with injuries and limitations
✔ Prepare for, and clients through their personalized program
✔ Providing feedback and coaching to help our clients create a positive and sustainable lifestyle change
✔ Ongoing education for yourself
✔ "Out of the box" activities such as planning workshops, hikes, or anything else to create an amazing experience for our members!
Qualifications
✔ Current Personal Trainer Certification. We strongly value a degree in Kinesiology
✔ Able to work mornings, evenings and weekends
✔ Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification is required and must be maintained through employment
