Role Summary: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder supports the management team in achieving sales goals while delivering a high level of customer service. This role assists the Store Manager in maintaining store operations while carrying out the Laura Secord vision.
Major Tasks:
- Supports the management team in achieving sales objectives.
- Consistently follows Customer Service standards.
- Ensures all opening/closing procedures are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provides honest and constructive feedback to the Manager.
- Helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
- Follows merchandising guidelines and plans.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve store goals.
- Supports the team in delivering the company’s objectives and new initiatives.
- Performs other related tasks.
