Front Desk Receptionist
Summary (Including but not limited to)
· Answer all incoming calls.
· Respond to emergent situations.
· Respond to public and tenant concerns.
· Ensure activities are being advertised.
· Appropriately develop relationships with tenants and families, privacy and confidentiality must be always maintained.
· Surveillance of front doors, ensuring all guests are buzzed in by tenant or proof of identification.
· Record maintenance issues
· Keep front desk binder and tenant’s files up to date.
· Willing to help and assist management with new projects, supports and undertakes tasks assigned by management.
