Part-Time office staff wanted to join our multi-disciplinary health clinic located in the West Shore. Our office is open 7 days a week. You must be available to work weekends. Shifts will vary, especially during the training period. We do work until 7:30pm on weekdays.
Our front office team is very important as it is the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring our patients are content with their care, as well as, providing exceptional customer service. Making sure the treatment areas are clean and presentable.
Duties
- Greet patients
- Prepping treatment rooms,
- Following cleaning standards,
- Patient flow
- Showing patients to treatment rooms
- Answering a multi-line phone
- Checking and replying to emails
- Answer inquiries from patients and potential new clients,
- Scheduling patients
- Filing
- Laundry
- Photocopying
- Patient education
- Communication with other team members in a respectful manner
- Maintaining a friendly demeanor and conversing with patients to make them feel welcome and comfortable in the office.
Successful candidate will have

- Ability to alphabetize files in correct order

- Knowledge of chiropractic
- Reliable transportation to get you to work on time.
- You will be on your feet for the majority of your shift, there is a lot of standing, walking, bending, and going up and down stairs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
