Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our chiropractic staff and ensure a positive experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in managing patient interactions, maintaining office organization, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Ideal position for a Brock student interested in the Health Care field. Thursday and Friday afternoons, Saturday mornings.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records through data entry and file management.
- Assist chiropractors during patient treatments as needed.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
- Support billing processes, including familiarity with Juvonno Patient Management Program for invoicing.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within a healthcare or dental setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google applications is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and document proofreading.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
