The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) to start, with the potential to transition into a full-time position and eventually be based in the office 3–5 days per week.

You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with customer service inquiries, and handling general administrative tasks. Over time, this position will grow with the company, offering opportunities for more responsibility and career development.
