We’re hiring a Lead PDR Technician for our Red Deer location. This is a full-time position for an experienced tech who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to work with an established team servicing local dealerships and body shops.
What You'll Do:
- Perform high-quality paintless dent repairs, including door dings and hail damage
- Lead by example in repair quality and shop efficiency
- Liaise with service advisors, retail customers, dealership staff, and partner body shops
- Help maintain an organized, professional, and positive work environment
- Support and mentor junior techs when needed
What You Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of PDR experience (hail and door dings)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Willingness to grow and develop as a tech
- Valid driver’s license
