Summary
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Specialist with a proven track record in cladding, siding, roofing, or building envelope systems. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at in-person client interactions, has a strong network in the construction industry, and understands the technical aspects of building facades.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and maintain strong relationships with architects, general contractors, builders, and developers.
- Conduct on-site client visits and present samples, technical specifications, and installation solutions.
- Identify opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Work closely with installation team leads and field project managers to ensure sales commitments align with project execution and client expectations.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and client communications.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through a consultative, relationship-based approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in cladding, siding, roofing, or related building materials.
- Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems and installation methods.
- Established client network in Ontario’s construction, architecture, and development sectors (preferred).
- Proficient in CRM tools (any platform).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
