Job Title: Outbound/Inbound Agent (Temporary Contract)
Overview: We are currently seeking friendly, customer-oriented individuals to join our team for a contract/temporary position. The ideal candidate will have a conscientious approach to supporting the healthcare industry and enjoy engaging with customers. This role involves making outbound calls to existing clients, answering their questions, and placing orders upon request. No sales are involved. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and enjoys helping others.
**This is an IN OFFICE position**
Starting September 2nd for 4-6 weeks
(Subject to change and extension possible)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing clients to remind them of upcoming deadlines
- Answer inbound inquiries and place orders for the same client base
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
