Hometown Orthodontics is looking for an energetic and motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to add to our growing team! Key Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting with patients to discuss their treatment plans and encourage patient acceptance of the orthodontic treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions.
- Work with the patient and/or responsible party to find a payment option that works for them. Going over insurance coverage, complete contract and documents.
- Schedule records and start appointment, and answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance.
- Provide any other tasks delegated or assigned by the Orthodontist or Leadership team.
About You:
- Previous experience as a dental/orthodontic scheduling coordinator or receptionist is required.
- Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills and extremely detail oriented.
- Strong customer service experience, with knowledge and understanding of oral treatment plans and ability to educate patients
This is a part-time to full-time position working mainly in our Edmonton location.
