Your Role:
As an Order Entry Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and managing customer orders across multiple sales channels, including Shopify, B2B, and major marketplaces like Amazon and Costco. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless order flow from purchase to fulfillment, working cross-functionally to support internal teams and maintain data accuracy in NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer orders from various channels (Shopify, B2B, Amazon, Costco, etc.) into NetSuite
- Validate order information for completeness and accuracy prior to processing
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies or issues
- Process updates, cancellations, and adjustments as needed
- Support order-related reporting and audit processes for finance and operations teams
- Ensure order processing aligns with inventory availability and shipping timelines
- Assist with ongoing improvements to order entry processes and system efficiency
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of experience in order entry, operations, or sales support
- Proficiency with NetSuite and Shopify (required)
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of data accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing follow-ups
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
- Experience in the furniture, home goods, or e-commerce industries is a plus
