We are seeking a highly organized Optometric Assistant or Optician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with selection and fitting of eyewear, the ability to make specific lifestyle and fashion recommendations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
- Pretest patients to assist the doctor when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
