Job Summary
We are looking for an optician or dispensing optometric assistant to join our team of high level service and expertise. We are looking for an individual available for part-time or full-time hours including working some evenings and Saturdays covering for maternity leave.

Responsibilities and Duties
Main responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Preparing thoughtful selection of eye wear for clients, assisting them with their choice of frames based on prescription, fit, lifestyle, and preferences
- Informing clients of lens choices and guiding them to the best choice for their needs
- Adjusting/repairing eye wear
- Troubleshooting fitting and optical challenges
- Dispensing eye wear
- Neutralizing lenses and edging
- Bringing your care and high level of customer service to our optical, and treating everyone as they are guests. We are looking for someone who can hold their own in this regard so that not only will our standards be maintained but they will grow and flourish.
Qualifications and Skills
Preference will be given to those with a minimum of 1 years experience in the field. If you have less experience than this but feel you are VERY confident with your understanding of lenses, frame type/materials and how to work with them, and are a natural on the sales floor, please feel free to reach out to us.
