Job Description:
-Providing great customer service while assisting and Greeting patients.
-Assist patients in selecting eyewear, providing expert advice on frame styles and lens options.
-Processing orders for lenses and frames ensuring accuracy in measurements and specifications.
-Providing proper measurements on patients with their eyeglasses and assessing concerns and issues as they arise by trouble shooting the situation.
-Maintaining frame displays and dispensary area tidy.
-Frame Adjustments and simple repairs for patients’ existing and newly purchased eyewear.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.
-1-2 years experience working in the lab edging and cutting lenses down.
-Verifying finished products in a lensmeter
-Answering phones and Occasional appointment bookings for patients.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in the optical field is preferred, with a strong understanding of optical products and services.
-Strong computer skills and quick learner.
-Works well in team settings
-Great customer skills.
Job Type : Full Time position
Salary : Based on experience
Shift: 7.5 to 8 Hours/day
Schedule :
Monday to Friday
One Evening shift per week
Occasional Saturdays as needed
