Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and enforce Super Save's Health and Safety policies, procedures, and culture.
- Coordinate with management and dispatch to create operation plans.
- Plan and schedule inbound and outbound logistics movements.
- Plan for manpower, trucking and supply replenishment.
- Execution of operations plan to meet the daily delivery targets.
- Inventory management by conducting weekly physical counts, quality inspection, preparing reports.
- Maintain standard operation procedure to maintain productivity, health and safety and maintain product and service quality standard.
- Engage in regular "site checks" to ensure quality standards are being met in the field.
- Keep equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, preventive maintenance and arranging repairs.
- Provides orientation, training and coaching as required to ensure an effective and efficient work force
- Comply with federal, provincial and local regulations by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on production, inbound, outbound and inventory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in related field.
- Post secondary education in Logistics is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven knowledge of transportation policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000.00 per year
- Quarterly bonus structure of $10,000 annually

- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person

Applicants selected are required to submit a driver's abstract no older than 30 days. A record of your CVOR will also be required if you have driven commercially.
