Job Summary: We are seeking highly capable and execution-focused individuals to join our operations team and help bring head office strategies to life across our retail network. Responsibilities:
- Execute head office-level projects and cascade them effectively to store teams.
- Ensure consistent and full execution of management’s vision and instructions across all retail locations.
- Analyze store performance and provide feedback to improve execution and outcomes.
- Implement operational systems such as BIN management, restocking processes, and workforce planning.
- Support store restructuring: define departments, assign responsibilities, and ensure productivity during slow periods.
- Monitor and manage store headcount, identifying overstaffed locations and recommending cost-saving adjustments.
- Collaborate with store managers to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, project execution, or retail management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured plans without deviation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
