Position Summary:
The Ops coordinator position is responsible for all aspects of Sky Cafe receiving, inventory, and order process including inventory cycle counts; receipting and invoicing; processing orders; maintaining the warehouse in a clean, organized manner suitable for the storage and handling of food items, maintaining all pertinent records and providing required reports regarding inventory handling and control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall operation and sanitation of the assigned warehouse area in
accordance with Sky Café guidelines.
2. Responsible for total inventory management including: conducting regular cycle counts on all products as defined by the Sky Cafe, reporting results and findings to the Operations Manager, and completing all research, documentation and reconciliation of discrepancies with orders or cycle counts. Manage and lead full inventory counts twice a year.
3. Proper handling and storage of all products including: order picking, receiving, transferring.
4. Keep accurate records of incoming product, shipped product, transferred product and
disposal. Conduct frequent checks for opened/broken cases, damaged product, miscoded
product as well as product disposal logs.
5. Coordinate with the Airline to manage inbound shipments and schedule deliveries with freight companies.
6. Maintain and utilize data and spreadsheets for inventory accuracy, order pick productivity and accuracy, and product flow.
7. Assists with picking product for agency orders as needed and loading of vehicles.
8. Off-load incoming trucks, count and verify product, complete related paperwork using
computer software, tag and put away product into rack locations. Load outbound trucks and complete related paperwork.
9. Provide exceptional customer service to the Airlines.
10. Responsible for efficient movement of product (inventory turns) and proper storage and distribution of dated products (FIFO, FEFO).
11. Continually looks for opportunities to gain efficiencies in assigned areas of responsibility; offer recommendations on operational policies and objectives required for improved performance.
12. Assist in any other areas as needed.
